2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using VamoHome’s services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.

- Nationwide call handling through multiple service locations.
- Professional call handling by trained agents.
- User qualification and needs assessment.
- Direct connection to service providers.
- Quality assurance monitoring and call recording for service improvement.
- Secure information handling.
You acknowledge that your calls will be handled by our trusted third-party call center partners who operate under strict service and confidentiality agreements.
3.3 Affiliate Marketing
You acknowledge that:
- You may be referred to our service through affiliate marketers.
- These affiliates may receive compensation for successful referrals.
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their marketing relationship with us.
- Your service quality remains the same regardless of referral source.
- We maintain direct responsibility for all service delivery.
- All service terms and conditions apply equally to all users.
3.4 Service Limitations
We do not:
- Perform any home improvement work.
- Directly employ service providers.
- Guarantee provider availability or conduct background checks.
- Promise specific results or verify provider credentials.
3.5 Independent Professionals
All service providers are independent professionals, not VamoHome employees. We:
- Don’t control their operations or guarantee their work.
- Don’t handle disputes between you and providers.
- Aren’t part of your agreement with any provider.
4. TECHNOLOGY USE
4.1 Service Tools
We utilize various technologies including:
- Call recording and quality monitoring systems.
- Voice analytics and AI-powered services.
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.
- Call routing and automated communication systems.
4.2 Data Collection
We collect information through:
- Phone calls and call recording systems.
- Voice verification and other automated systems.
- Our communication systems.
5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Information Accuracy
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Submit truthful project details.
- Keep information current and respond to service communications.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Submit false information or misuse our Services.
- Circumvent security measures or harass our representatives.
- Use automated systems without permission.
- Interfere with Service operation.
6. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
6.1 Contact Authorization
You agree to receive phone calls (including automated), text messages, and consent to call recordings from VamoHome and matched professionals.
6.2 Communication Methods
You specifically consent to:
- Automated calling systems and pre-recorded messages.
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and AI-generated messages.
- Text messaging, call recording, and call monitoring.
6.3 Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of communications via voice instructions during a call, by replying to a text message, or by contacting us directly to update your privacy preferences.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA
7.1 Information Sharing
We share information with service professionals, technology providers, call analytics services, voice processing services, and platform optimization services.
7.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security, call encryption, access controls, and regular monitoring to protect your data.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Ownership
AMKLO LLC owns all Service content including trademarks, logos, voice recordings, software, and other service elements.
8.2 Usage Rights
The use of our Services is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No reproduction or distribution of our intellectual property is permitted.
9. DISCLAIMERS
9.1 Service Disclaimer
Our Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
9.2 Provider Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the quality of work, verify credentials, accept liability for, or guarantee outcomes from any Service Provider.
10. LIABILITY LIMITS
10.1 Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VamoHome and AMKLO LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
10.2 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any claims is limited to the lesser of the total amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $500.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Arbitration
All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Mexico.
11.2 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. NO CLASS ACTIONS ARE PERMITTED.

These Terms may change. We will provide notice via call or text. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
